Today, François Lavergne sells Champagne Lavergne and other top champagnes cuvees and offers his oenologist’s expertise to industry professionals. He continues to produce his champagne on his eight hectares vineyard, established back in 956 by the first Counts of Champagne next Epernay. Within this small village, Saint Bernard founder of the Templars built his second Abbey in 1142.
